Twenty-four-hour operations control center with skilled professionals who have undertook an internship and additional training. The dispatcher will be able to provide informational assistance in any emergency and urgent situations. If necessary, the dispatcher will send an emergency team which is most close to the place of the call, will also organize transportation of the patient from anywhere in Ukraine from countries near and far abroad. If the patient needs to be hospitalized, the dispatcher will help organize a patient transfer to commercial or public hospitals. Every call is taken for 1-2 minutes and immediately transferred to the medical emergency team, which immediately leaves for call. Within 5 - 15 minutes after receiving a call a specialized medical team according to the disease comes to the client (generally specialized, cardiological, and specialized resuscitation team).
If it is necessary, the team hospitalizes a patient according to his medical problem, waits for the results of the check up in admission department and taking the patient to hospital treatment, transports (will transport) the patient to a hospital or home.
Emergency medical teams work quickly and consistently, staffed by highly skilled medical personnel to provide emergency medical care to both adults and children. Team is compiled based on the individual case, depending on the diagnosis and the patient's state. Each case has a client-centered approach. There is a full set of instrumental and medicamental service in the arsenal of team as well as modern supplies, test systems for instant exclusion, necessary medical equipment for monitoring and maintaining of vital body systems. All medications are certificated, consumable materials are non recoverable and tools are sterile.
